Cinematography

Film, also called movie, motion picture or moving picture, is a visual art-form used to simulate experiences that communicate ideas, stories, perceptions, feelings, beauty, or atmosphere through the use of moving images. These images are generally accompanied by sound, and more rarely, other sensory stimulations. The word “cinema”, short for cinematography, is often used to refer to filmmaking and the film industry, and to the art form that is the result of it.

Jose Del Carmen Martinez is an accomplished filmmaker, camera operator, screenwriter and Director. Jose numerous production work includes TV Director in various shows, News magazines, Sport Transmissions, Music Videos and TV spots in the Dominican Republic. In 1991, Jose started working in Telecentro TV 13, as an Editor and after a couple of months he started to Direct some news magazines. At the same time was attending INTEC, which is the Santo Domingo Technological Institute, where he got a degree as a System Engineer.
